Dave is an Executive Vice President with Retention Education with responsibility for marketing and sales for the Company. He has spent the last 22 years leading the marketing and operations efforts for Fortune 100 packaged goods companies. Before Retention Education, Dave worked for The Coca-Cola Company for 12 years. As Director of Customer Marketing for Coca-Cola Foodservice, he led the development and rollout of several innovative Hispanic and teen-oriented consumer marketing programs. Additionally, he managed the marketing relationships with the largest foodservice customers in the Western Region – Jack in the Box, Del Taco, Carl’s Jr., Whataburger, and El Pollo Loco. As Director of New Product Development, Dave led the design and commercialization of all new products for Coca-Cola Foodservice including a Premium Iced Tea line, Frozen Beverages, and a Premium Juice line
While working for Kraft General Foods for five years, Dave led the Asset Management function for Kraft’s largest manufacturing facility and had responsibility for production scheduling, purchasing, and customer service. Additionally, he managed the Kraft Macaroni and Cheese production facility. While working for Colgate-Palmolive for five years, Dave managed the toothpaste production facility as well as led a just-in-time manufacturing task force in partnership with Anderson Consulting. Dave earned his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Ohio State University and his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, graduating cum laude, with emphasis in Marketing and Strategy.
